Cedarburg Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a small therapist owned facility. We deal with our patients on a very individual basis. We welcome all patients to call us for more information about their particular coverage and we also handle all verification and pre-certification of therapy services. The above list is only network participation, most insurances are accepted here.

While we realize the cost of healthcare can be very high at times, we will work with patients to help defray the cost of extensive therapy needed for some conditions.
