Personal Training

Whether you are young, old, beginner or advanced fitness level, it is never too late to start personal training. Cedarburg Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine offers a client- specific strength and conditioning program that is initiated after a specialized evaluation. Clients are then assessed on their strengths and weaknesses and a goal-specific plan is initiated to get clients the fitness results that they have always wanted. 

Some fitness techniques that can be used at Cedarburg Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine include:

What We Offer

  • Personal one-on-one attention that gets the results clients want.
  • Personal training that includes proper safety instruction and demonstrating of safe and appropriate training techniques including, but not limited to warm-up, and stretching progression, lifting and spotting techniques, exercise and workout progression, and other daily training activity.
  • Supervision of proper exercise technique and education in understanding the training effects of both appropriate and inappropriate exercise technique.
  • Monitor and supervise individual training techniques, and adjust training programs to meet client’s needs.
  • Teach proper sequence of exercise selection for the client’s fitness level.

We Also offer Fit-Ex!

  • Fit-Ex is a group exercise class, which offers a dynamic workout with your friends.
  • Each class is supervised by one of our highly qualified therapists.  Each class consists of 8-10 stations or exercises for 30 seconds then followed by a 40 second rest and transition period.
  • Find a group of 6-8 friends that want to workout and have fun. We can get you in a healthier body and mind!

Individual:

One 60min Session: $60
One 30min Session: $40
Ten 60min Sessions: $550
Ten 30min Sessions: $350

Fit-Ex:

6-8 Clients per Class
Classes meet 2 times per week for 5 weeks (10 total sessions)
$100 per client
